We are thrilled to share that Peter Bunzl visited year 5 and 6 pupils during Book Week March 2026! Peter talked about the inspiration for his books and his characters (some of which are based on himself as a young boy). He talked about the Cogheart series – all pupils in year 5 and 6 had already read Cogheart so were excited to hear about the inspiration behind mechanicals and airships! Following the assembly, he led a workshop for our year 5 pupils where they had the opportunity to write their own book. Following the assembly and workshops, we held a book signing where children had the chance to get their copies of his books signed with a personal message.
